If you are new to Your Wellington, Your Say or would like assistance with an upcoming engagement project, we can help!
The Your Wellington Your Say Site Admin is the Communications and Engagement Advisor and sits within the Communications and Media team.
The Your Wellington, Your Say Site Admin team will then be in contact with you to advise that your page is ready for you to add your project content into.
Not sure how to build your project?
Get in contact and we can guide you through the tools available within the platform and help you get started.
When your project is ready and complete, please notify the Site Admin (Communications and Engagement Advisor) by email and after approval and publication by a Site Admin, Your Wellington, Your Say webpage will be live.

Each business unit must make their submission by 18 December 2024.
The Mayor will judge each submission.
Winners will be announced20 December 2024 via email.

This survey will be asking for your thoughts, experiences and ideas on:
Current engagement templates
Current engagement process
Your understanding of community engagement (no right or wrong answers!)
Community engagement training needs
Please respond honestly to ensure we receive accurate feedback on what updates are needed.
Printed copies are available at the Desailly Street building otherwise please contact the Communications and Engagement Advisor - Nicole Danks to arrange extra copies for yourself or a colleague.
Data collected will be kept anonymous and will be used to inform updates to community engagement practices at Wellington Shire Council.

This is an EOI for the Working Group and/or the Focus Group for the Community Engagement Internal Review.
If you are interested in being involved, then you are in the right place!
The Focus Group will be a commitment of at least 3 sessions focusing on the internal community engagement process, our internal template and how to promote consistency across the organization.
The Working Group will be one key session and also includes opportunity to be involved in proof reading for simple language, checking content for consistency, relevancy and clarity.
