FAQs
What is the Port of Sale Precinct Masterplan Review?
The purpose of the Port of Sale Precinct Masterplan Review is to provide a detailed update to previous masterplans that have been prepared for the Port of Sale Precinct.
Why is the review happening?
In recent times, much work has been undertaken in various parts of the Port Precinct whilst other areas have been vacated and are no longer used. In view of this, the Precinct Masterplan review is an opportunity to re-evaluate future uses and development within the Precinct and near-by strategic sites with a view to establishing a blueprint to facilitate further high-quality development and functional, attractive open spaces.
How has the review been undertaken?
Over the last several months, focused (on-line) consultation has been undertaken with a broad range of key statutory and community stakeholders who have a direct interest in the Port Precinct. The feedback from this work has been used to inform the current draft Masterplan.
How can I get involved and have my say?
