Please read the DRAFT Healthy Wellington 2021 - 2025 document before you proceed.  This document can be viewed in the Documents Section. 

This survey will close on Tuesday 31 August 2021.

The following questions will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and responses will be presented to Councillors to determine if changes are needed to the draft Healthy Wellington Strategy 2021 - 2025 before it is adopted in October 2021.
