Consultation has concluded
Gippsland Regional Livestock Exchange User Survey
Gippsland Regional Livestock Exchange (GRLE) in Sale has recorded a consistent decline in cattle and sheep throughput over several years. As a result, Wellington Shire Council has commissioned an independent review of GRLE to identify key issues and opportunities, and consider options for the facility’s future.
The Review is being undertaken by planning and economics firm Urban Enterprise and agricultural consultant Outcross consulting.
The survey questions are primarily designed to hear from livestock producers and buyers, but there are some questions that relate to other interested stakeholders.
