Proposal

Development of 3500sqm (approx.) of General Residential Zone 1 (GRZ1) land to facilitate the development of 17 dwellings and associated subdivision of the constructed dwellings located at 28 Redbank Road, Stratford.

At the conclusion of the public notification period for this draft Development Plan application, Council Officers assessed comments and feedback received. Where it was considered appropriate and relevant to do so, changes/alterations were made to the final Development Plan.

The Development Plan was approved on 28 July 2025.
