Wellington's Disability Inclusion and Access Plan - Have Your Say
Wellington Shire Council is developing the Disability Inclusion and Access Plan 2026–2030 to make the Shire more inclusive and accessible for people with disability. The four‑year plan sets actions to remove barriers, improve access to services and facilities, and support full participation in community life.
The plan aligns with national and state strategies and demonstrates Council’s commitment to inclusion. Ongoing engagement will continue with community members, people with disability and their carers, and the Wellington Disability Advisory Committee. Council will also advocate to State and Federal Government on key local priorities, including accessible housing, transport and community supports.
